The best day of my winter holiday
On the 26 of December I was at a New Year’s party at my mother office.
I like this holiday very much. At first we danced with Father Frost, Snowgirl
and funny animals around the New Year’s tree. After that we saw performance.
It was very interesting. We helped to the actors.
When the performance finished, there was music and it was possible to take a picture with the monkey near the New Year tree.
After performance I got a good present. It was a little nice dragon.

Here is Katya Krivtsova with the story on one day in my life. This day was my birthday. It was January, 14.
Birthday is the dearly - beloved holiday with me. My family spent some time to prepare our home and an entertainment program for it. I made special cards - invitations and gave them to my friends and classmates. One of the laws of the birthday is to make a special joyous atmosphere. In the morning my parents woke me with a merry song, There was music at home and mother and father were the first persons who congratulated me. I found presents under the pillow.. Then there was time to prepare the meal for the guests.
It was tasty and nice decorated. I gave to the meals nice names: King Fish, Holidays Ships, Fire Volcanoes, Peacock Tail...My parents marked my height on my birthday on the door with the note of the year.
Guests came in the second part of the day. I welcomed them with a smile. Guests congratulated me and handed me the presents just after coming.
Then guests pulled my ears as many times as old
I was. We put a large paper on the door and guests drew pictures for me
and wrote their congratulations and wishes. I keep those papers as a nice
memory on that day. What about the presents, they were a kitten, soft
toys, cards with poems and wishes, books.
There was a cake with 13 candles on it according to the number of my years.
After the meal there was an entertainment program.
It was a kind of performance in which all guests put special costumes and got the papers with the words to play their roles. It was much joy and laughter. After the performance all danced.
I was so happy on that day!

Au printemps j'ai visite la Tchequie.Cette ville
est tres jolie,
surtout au printemps, parce que tout est en fleur. Pendant ma
visite j'ai vu et j'ai appris beaucoup d'interessant. Mais je me
souviens sourtout d'un jour.
C'etait l'excursion a Prague. Prague est la capitale de la
Tchequie . Cette ville attire la plupart de touristes par ses
curiosites , comme le pont de Charles et l'ancienne horloge.
Cette horloge montre la date, les mois de l'annee
, les saisons, les
signes du zodiaque , les planetes. Sur le pont de Charles on peut
toucher a une etoile et faire un voeu.
Et si ce voeu est sincere il se realisera. Vers le soir j'etais
fati-guee. Mais encore une representation nous atten-dait. C'etait la
visite de grandes eaux chantantes. Quand nous sommes arrives
la-bas il pleuvait. C'est pourquoi je ne voulais pas assister a ce
spectacle. Mais quand j'ai vu un grand stade avec trois grandes
tribunes il m'a semble que c'etait tres passionnant. On entendait
une belle musique . Les grandes eaux se repandaient aux accents de
la musique. Et en meme temps une foudre eclairait le ciel. Il est
impossible d'exprimer mes sentiments. Il faut le voir soi-meme. J'ai
eprouve les sentiments du bonheur.Ce jour restera pour toujours
dans ma memoire.
