ONE DAY IN SLOVENIA

My Ordinary Life
My Birthday

ORDINARY DAY

I get up with my eyes closed. I go to the bathroom and wash my face with cold water and brush my teeth. I take

my school bag and go to school. School starts at 8 o` clock. We start the first lesson. Then we have a snack and

we follow the second lesson. Then it is the third, fourth, fifth and sixth lesson. Finally we go home. I unlock the

door. I throw the bag and have lunch. After lunch I watch TV from half past two to five o` clock. During that

time I eat some fruit. I go out to the playground at 5 o` clock. I meet my friends and we have fun till 8 o` clock.

Then I have dinner. I start doing my homework and finish it at 11 o` clock. I take a shower. I wash my body. I

put my underpants on. I brush my teeth and go to bed. I watch TV for alittle while then it`s midnight. My eyes

are tired. I turn off the TV, close my eyes and go to sleep. That is my ordinary day. I`m really an extroordinary

kid, aren`t I ?

MY BIRTHDAY

I have a birthday. My friends come. We play games. After some time, my mother invites me and my

Friends to eat a pizza. We prepare for disco. We go to a hairdresser. Everybody has got to colour his

hair. Still, I begin to dance alone. Everybody else goes away. At 9 o`clock we go to my home. Here

we dance on. We drink here Coke and Sprite. After we have dinner. My friends go home. My birthday

is on a holiday day. This day is the day of death of FRANCE PREŠEREN. PREŠEREN- the greatest

Slovene poet. This is my ideal birthday.
