One Day.....
I think it was Friday the 13th. That one day when all evil supposedly
wreaks havoc on unsuspecting innocents while they carry on and think that
it's just a normal day. They were wrong.
It's strange how one day can change your way of thinking, one seemingly
normal day when in the blink of an eye the way you see things
dramatically alters and your subconscious is taken to what seems to be a
parallel world where all is not what it seems.
An old superstition revived, alive and kicking, and destructing. A day
that will forever remain in a ruined form, the debris scattered through
your mind. Debris that a bull-dozer just can't budge. Peeping out from
under this unmoveable debris are injured mice, scared and wishing that
this day hadn't happened and that one day the debris will erode and they
will once again be free. Free to return to a normal world.
If only Saturday would hurry and we could escape the horror and terror
that this day brings with it. Disasters. Nightmares. Pain...
Actually, after considering all these factors, I guess burning my toast
wasn't so bad after all.

One Morning in East Gippsland

The endless rumberling and tumberling waves and the soft sea breeze and salt filling my room I slowly awoke to a typical summer morning in Ocean Grange. I walked along the creaky floorboards past the kitchen on to the verandah. The friendly chirping lorikeets make me relaxed and happy as I entered the wooden veranda. The water sparkles as the sunlight touches it. To have fun all day and that is why it is my favorite place.

Ocean Grange is a great place for a holiday with friends and family in Victoria southern Australia. The friendly lorikeets live all around the island. They always come up to you or fly on you for a feed. The yellows, greens, reds and blues catch the sunlight as they fly along. The islands are covered with wild life is a great place to explore. At the grange there are many walking tracks. Some lead to the ocean others to the lake or dams.

There is a wide range of wild life like pelican’s small parrots and sea gulls. The ocean is a crystal blue on hot days and dark grays on others. The yellow sand dunes have wild life all through it like little turns. You can swim or in the ocean. If it is windy at the ocean it will be still at the lake. Ocean grange is a very peaceful and is a great place for a holiday a Picnic or just camping for the weekend.

I live in Paynesville 5k’s from the Grange, and travel here by boat. We stay at a friends place and it’s called Possum Palace. All this is the reason the ocean grange is my most favorite place.
