Hello my name is Alba. I'm 15 years old and I live in Andorra. Concretely in Escaldes-Engordany.

I want to explain you one day in my life:

A weekend in my life. In winter I have ski competitions
why? Because I am a skier. I ski with the Andorran federation of ski, and I belong to the national ski team. I wake up at 6 o'clock and I ski until 1 o'clock I'm go to my house and I have lunch. I sleep in the afternoon. because I'm tired. At 3o'clock I wake up and I go out with my friends.

At 10 o'clock I go to my house I have dinner with my parents and my sister. 1 hour later I go to internet I enter the hotmail chat and I talk with my friends. I like very lot (it is very good.) I go to sleep a 3 o'clock at night……..

Hello, my name is Igor and I' am 13 years old and I have one sister. I live in Andorra, more concretely in Encamp (parish of Andorra).

I' m going to explain one day of a match with my basketball team.

When I play out of Andorra, in Lleida (Spain), it depends on the match I get up at different times, because the trip is different.

The earliest time is 4:45 in the morning, when I go to the city of Lleida (Spain), on 5:30 we go up to the coach and we go to Lleida.

In the coach we sleep for a while, usually up to Ponts (Lleida), where on stop to have breakfast. When we finish breakfast we go on the trip from Lleida.

When we arrive in Lleida we go to the sports hall, we change the clothes, we warm-up and we play.

When finish the match often we are the winners, except two match on we lose. In this match on win for two points (33-35).

In this moment of the basketball league we have in the second stage and we lack just a match, but we are classify to the semifinal.

I have a brother. I live in Encamp (Andorra). In Encamp with my friends sometimes I go to the football pitch, all my friends and i play in the same team the name of team is Constel·lacio at the weekends we play the football match seriously against other teams and we play out of Andorra in Spain and France

Hello my name is Rocio. I am 14 years old, I live in Andorra. One day in my life is a normal day at school.

I get up at 7:30 o'clock ,I have my breakfast , milk and traditional sugar pastry. At 8:00 I go to school. At 8:30 I start my first period. It is English class. The 2nd class is Maths, at 10:30 I have my breakfast :a croissant until 11h. The 3rd class is Catalan. Then I have one hour free until 1:30 p.m. At 2:00 o'clock I go to the Art class, the 5th class is History and Geography and to finish Music class.

When I get to my house I have a cup of tea, a sandwich and a glass of water , and I do the homework. I have dinner , soup, fish and baked potatoes and a glass of water, and the dessert is an apple. I go to bed, around 11 o'clock.

Do you like the school schedule?

No because I study a lot of hours.

Do you think my "normal day" is special?

Yes , because I like Art very much and it is the school subject that I like most.

Andorra is very beautiful in winter, because there is a lot of

Snow up in the montains. There is snow on the pine trees.

Andorra is famous for the ski resort.

But in summer it isn't very hot.

In Andorra they practise different summer sports, for example swimming, tennis, football and waterpolo.

Andorra has a lot of shops, for example sport shops,

Supermarkets, clothes shop …

In Andorra in summer and in winter there are a lot of tourists.

At Secondary school, on Wedenesdays, the boys and girls go out of school at 2:00h. During the rest of the week we finish school at 5.00 pm. What time do you finish school in your country?

A SCHOOL DAY IN MY LIFE

Hello, I'm Humbert Sasplugas from Andorra and I'm going to explain you how a typical school day in my life is.

Normally, I wake up at seven o'clock in the morning. After that, I take a shower, becouse I like feeling more awake. At seven thirty, I have breakfast. I usually eat a sandwich and some cereals whith milk. I love cereals in the morning!!

After having the breakfast, I watch television for a quarter of an hour, and then I leave home and I take the bus to go to school. I arrive there at ten past eight and we start classes at eight thirty, so during these twenty minutes I'm with my friends talking about sports.

Today it's Tuesday, so I'm going to explain you all the different subjects on that day: from 8.30 to 9.30, I've got an hour to study and do all the homework, then, from 9.30 to 10.30 I do Spanish class. At 10.30, we have half an hour of break where we can eat something. I usually play basketball with my friends during that hour. From 11.00 to 12.00 I've got English lesson and after that, I've got French lesson. After the French lesson, we have another break time since 13.30. At 13.30 we have lunch and at 14.00 we restart classes.

In the first hour in the afternoon I've got Spanish lesson once again! From 15.00 to 16.00 I do Catalan lesson and from 16.00 to 17.00 I've got art class.

So Tuesdays are days plenty of lenguages.

At 17.10, I take the bus to return home. Out of school the school, I've got English classes every Tuesday and every Thursday for one hour and it's very boring because it's a particular class so I'm alone.

I think next year I'll start studying German becouse I think it's a very important language.
When I get home, I have a snack and then I watch TV for an hour approximately. I do my homework from 20.30 to 21.30, and when I finish the homework I have my dinner with my family.

Then, I take a shower, I brush my teeth and I go to bed.

So that's a normal school day in my life here in Andorra.

Cambrils.In Cambrils I go to beachand I go to the swimming pool. It’s in Catalunya and concretely in Tarragona.

In Tarragona I have a lot of friends and it’s very funny.

I want to study Theatre and painting but I want actress.

After 5:00 I go to painting in the painting class.

I practise painting and the name of my teacher is Agusti Rios. He is a great, famous painter and artist.

I like painting very much.

I go painting with my mother too, because she is a great artist. I don't paint abstract painting and I don't paint figurative painting, I paint something in between, for example I paint landscapes, and different objects. I like painting objects but they look abstract objects. I paint because I like it is a hobby for me.

One day in Andorra is very funny,but there is a mistake: school.

In Andorra the school starts at 8:30 and it finishes at 5:00.

In the shcool at 8:30 I have Maths, at 9:30 I have Spanish, at 10:30 I have the break. At 11:00 I have Physical Education, at 13:00 I have an hour to have lunch, and other three hours in the afternoon. But the students at the Andorran school have the highest number of periods or classes in the year in WHOLE Europe. This means that we spend a lot of time at our school, and we have a lot of work. In my opinion I like this life, because school starts very soon and finishes late in the afternoon. It's boring for me to stay at home, so I prefer being at school.

At weekends is when Andorra is funny, because I can do different activities. For example, on Saturdays I go to the swimming pool, I go to the cinema or I have a hamburger at Mc Donald's with my friends. On Sundays I go to the termal water resort, skating rink or the football stadium.

In Andorra I have dinner with my family:My father, my mother, my aunt and my small cousin from 9 o' clock to 10 o' clock. After dinner, I watch TV and read a terror book. And this way finishes one day in Andorra.

My name is Eric, I am a boy and I live in Andorra.

I am 13 years old, and I have one brother.

I want to explain one day in the mountain.

I like mountaineering, and one day I find a snake; an adder.

I usually go to the mountain with my father, and on the day 18th August 2000 I go to the mountain, because I am bored in my house. I see a lot of deer there, and I am really excited about it.

At lunch time we take our sandwiches out of the bags and have lunch, next to a beautiful lake. The weather starts to be bad,with some clouds and we decide to go home. Then we find an adder coming to us, which is really disgusting and frightening. Fortunately it goes by and escapes, and nothing wrong happens. It's interesting to look at animals from such a close point of view!

Have you got pisonous animals in your countries? Let me know, please. I like poisonous and dangerous animals…

At home, for example, I have two iguanas.
